TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. Upon purchase, you get lifetime access to all current and future releases of digital products from EspressoPro Collection: Clip Art, Digital Art, Templates, and Coloring Pages Bundle + Divergent Gallery, which you can download anytime. If paid through installment, access will be given upon full payment.

  2. Do not share, distribute, or resell the digital files. Please comply with this rule.

  3. No credit is required when using the products, but do not claim them as your own.

  4. The EspressoPro includes licenses for personal and commercial use, suitable for micro businesses with up to two full-time employees:  

    Personal license:
    ✔️ Use the products in printed or digital form for personal use only.  
    ✔️ Do NOT offer the digital files (JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, Canva Template, etc.) as free or paid downloads.  

    Commercial license:
    DO's
    🟢 Use the products in printed form, either as is or modified.  
    🟢 Create physical products for sale, like notepads, planners, stickers, mugs, t-shirts, etc.

    DON'Ts
    🔴 Do NOT offer the digital files (JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, Canva Template, etc.) as free or paid downloads. 
    🔴 Do NOT sub-license or allow customers to resell any product from this collection.  

    You may sell Divergent Gallery products in physical or digital formats, but digital products must be modified to make them your own:

    A. Templates: Change fonts, colors, backgrounds, images, and other elements. Add/Edit texts, pages, and other elements. Do not sell the digital file as is.

    B. Clipart, Seamless Patterns, Coloring Pages, Wall Art, Stationery, and other digital files: Incorporate at least two new elements to differentiate them. Do not sell the digital files as is.

    You can use them in your templates and other digital products if the new design includes at least two other elements and is flattened so it cannot be extracted.

    The commercial license does not expire. The files are yours to keep and use under the terms.

  5. Installment payments are due every 30 days. If not paid on time, the plan will be void without refund. Please ensure timely payments.

  6. Review and understand the terms before confirming your order. 

  7. By submitting your order, you accept these terms and acknowledge this as a binding agreement.
