Calendar Planner or Mini Planner

Calendar Planner or Mini Planner

Start with a template:

<!-- .embed-container { position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; height: 0; overflow: hidden; max-width: 100%; } .embed-container iframe, .embed-container object, .embed-container embed { position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%; } -->

A Calendar Planner or a Mini Planner is a combination of a monthly calendar with spaces to write notes and to-do lists just like on a Planner

Equipment and Materials:

  • Printer: Dye-based or Pigment Ink
  • Cover: Kraft Paper 200 GSM and up
  • Inner Pages: Kraft Paper 80-115 GSM | Bond Paper 80-100 GSM
  • Rotating or Long Arm Stapler
  • Ream Cutter or Paper Cutter

Printing and Assembly

Procedure:

  1. Print the Calendar Planner template using the Booklet option (Page Sizing & Handling)
  2. Make a test print for one page muna (Front side and Back side) before printing all the pages
  3. Sort the pages to make sure every page is in correct order
  4. Print the cover on a thicker paper (200 GSM and up)
  5. Fold the cover together with the inner pages
  6. Bind using the rotating stapler or long arm stapler.
  7. Trim the edges using a ream cutter or a paper cutter.

This is the first tutorial na ginawa ko from designing to printing. Pwede nyong dagdagan ng pages basta divisible by 4 ung total pages para lahat may print.

Example total pages: 28 / 32 / 36 / 40 etc. Sa printed output na to, 7 bond paper lang nagamit ko back-to-back (28 pages) kaya pwdng-pwd pa dagdagan. At least hanggang 15 bond paper kaya pang i-punch, baka pag sumobra mahirap na i-stapler. Pero if kaya pa ng stapler nyo, go! ** A page is a side of paper (28 pages) ** A leaf is a sheet of paper (7 leaves or sheets of bond paper)
